My father who lives here in the USA has a joint ownership of land located in Stondon Massey, Nr Brentwood, Essex. We have attempted to get building permission, but have been turned down by Brentwood Council because they continue to say it is greenbelt, even though the land have houses to the north and south of the property lines. Is there any information that we might share with my fathers partner who lives in the UK as the value of the land and if it is marketable.
